Welcome to this week's newsletter, 

We have had an excellent uptake in our regripping promotion which has been great to see! There have been some truly shocking grips handed in (no naming and shaming!) but it is good to see people paying more attention to their equipment. For relatively small cost it really does make a massive difference! 

We have also turned away a number of people who bought their clubs in. Not all grips will need replacing, some just a good scrub up will make them feel as good as new! If you're in any doubt please feel free to bring your clubs in and we can give you a new vs old comparison to see if you can tell the difference. 

With the course back open this week it has been great to see the club a little busier. Having played a few holes the other night the course is an absolute credit to Vic and his staff, the greens must be some of the best in the country currently! Whilst the course is still very damp we urge members to tread carefully as some patches are still extremely slippery. Please check and clean your spikes to make sure you avoid any unnecessary falls. 

New Equipment 

This time of year we have new equipment arriving on a daily basis. 

This week we have taken delivery of PING, Rohnisch, Titleist, Motocaddy and Callaway products. 

Even the delivery drivers are getting fed up! There are some very interesting new designs in this years driver with the main focus on speed. 

Callaway and PING are both heavily focused on making drivers more aerodynamic and squeezing every yard possible out of their new line up.

Thurlestone Golf Holiday 

We have nearly finalised the Thurlestone 2016 golf holiday and details will be released shortly. If you fancy joining us for a fun week of golf in Orlando next winter please let us know. We are looking for 22 golfers to join us in playing some of the best courses Florida has to offer with friendly competitions every round. 

 

Places will be on a strict first come, first serve basis and as we will be taking a large group we have managed to secure a great price for the flights, hotel and golf! If you wish to register your interested please contact us and we will get the details across to you as soon as they are ready!
