We start this week by congratulating junior member, Oliver Griffiths, who is on a serious run of form at the moment. Oli scored an impressive 47 points to win last weekends Junior Competition and reduce his handicap from 23 to 19. This weekend Oli managed to go a step further by achieving his first ever hole in one!

Oli was out practicing with a few friends after his Academy Lesson on Saturday and managed to hit his 3 iron into the hole on our Par 3 5th here at Thurlestone! Oli regularly attends the Thurlestone Junior Academy and has put in a lot of practice with his golf this year and is clearly having a great end to this year. Well Done Oli.
